SHIPPING DETAILS
We currently ship within the US and Canada only. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $150! For smaller items like pet tags, bows and bookmarks, we offer free shipping via letter mail (no tracking number provided).
All our products are handmade with care. Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to process and prepare your order before shipping. We try our best to process your order sooner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.
REFUNDS
As a small business, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds, unless your item arrives damaged. If so, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, and we are always happy to assist and ensure your satisfaction.
